What shipping methods do you offer?

In general, there are two ways of shipping. One is by air shipping and another one is by sea shipping.

For on line order we take the order as air shipping. Reprapper Tech partners with major international shipping companies like DHL, UPS, FedEx, EMS. Before you submit the order, you can select which shipping method you want. Different shipping method cost different.

For sea shipping, the delivery cost need to be confirmed case by case.

*Note: Due to longer customs clearance times, Standard Shipping times have been extended to 15-30 days for Brazil and 10-15 days for all other destinations in Latin America.

 

Return Policy

Products with quality-related issues may be returned for a refund or exchange by contacting Customer Service. Reprapper TECH will be responsible for any shipping fees incurred if within warranty periods.

Products with no quality-related issues can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. For details on the return policy, please choose the region where the order was delivered: European Union or United States and rest of the world. You are responsible for all shipping fees incurred.

Any product that has been used does not qualify for a return or exchange. All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused and with original tags and packaging.

Reprapper Tech guarantees its products against material and workmanship defects within the warranty period. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received by Customer Service within the warranty period, we can offer you an exchange, repair service, or new components for replacement.
